Well, now that they've essentially nerfed all the cool stuff out of the mothership, it can't really do much. Even the original mothership, I believe wasn't too powerful. It had, as I recalled less than 1000 shield + hull and special weapons that took up massive amounts of energy. The only reason it seemed too powerful in the original video was that it had a cheated fast energy regeneration. Now that it has almost nothing, a couple Thor's could probably easily take it out. In it's now weakened state, I doubt anyone will even want to spend the resources to make one.
