Of course there's a place. A hybrid race is a natural addition to the game, one we've all been expecting...

I know Blizzard have said that there will only be 3 races. It's still early in development, though, and they might just want to hide the big surprise from us.
The 4th race might also be added in an expansion. Adding additional races is a Relic tradition... we can only hope Blizzard follows suit.
